Any customer has the right to make any complaint related to the
company and it is our responsibility to pay full attention to it, and to answer
you as quickly as possible.

complaint in person to the Complaints Unit employee.
- Complaints that do not bear a name or information, will be
excluded.
- You will be notified of receiving the complaint within (3)
working days from the date of its submission.
- You might be asked to provide us with any supporting documents
.
- You will be notified of the decision of the complaint within
(10) working days from the date of its submission.
- In some cases, further studies are required. So, it is
possible that the period of notifying you regarding the decision may be
extended, and will not exceed (30) working days from the date of submitting the
complaint, and you will be provided with justification if applicable.
- You have all the rights to resort to the judiciary or to the
Central Bank of Jordan in the event of dissatisfaction with the solutions that
were provided by our company.
